The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the International Society of Arborists is looking for presentations of student research at their annual meeting in Blacksburg, VA October 8th between 1:15 and 2:15. The oral presentations are 15 to 20 minutes (with questions) and topics could include topics from forest ecology and management, to tree physiology, to insects or pathogens of woody plants. They do not necessarily have to be on "Arboriculture" per say. Speakers receive a complimentary registration for the day but we also have full scholarships with lodging available for students.
