Description:
ATI has a current need for a full-time Environmental/Records Specialist supporting a federal agency in environmental records (i.e., document) management. The position requires a minimum of a BA or BS in a science-related field such as geology, environmental science, engineering, etc. This is an entry level position and requires 0 to 2 years of directly related experience. United States citizenship is required due to Government contract requirements.
Duties:
- Review of records (documents).
- Record coding and organization.
- Coordination and preparation of documents for scanning.
- Merging and bookmarking PDF images.
- Client and vendor communications.
- Developing reports and written communications.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical reports and documents.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from clients, managers, vendors and employees using tact, courtesy and cooperativeness.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure including ability to compute costs, purchase orders, and check vendor invoices.
