Maryland Department of the Environment in multiple Administrations is recruiting for Student Technical Assistants for a 3-month period, from June-August 2020.

The Student Technical Assistant classification is used to hire college students pursuing degrees in fields such as environmental science, geology, engineering, mathematics, chemistry and other qualifying degrees. The Student Technical Assistant will assist staff in either the Office of the Secretary, Coordinating Offices, Air Radiation Administration, as well as, the Water & Science Administration. The Student must be able to handle confidential information and work according to agency policies, procedures and guidelines.
