Open to Maryland and DC residents/students of any age, in any year of their college studies (full-time undergraduate). Through the Annual Scholarship for Black and Latinx Birders of Maryland and DC, we seek to increase the number of Black birders and Latinx birders studying in the fields of environmental science or the biological sciences. Scholarship awards range from a minimum of $2,500 to a maximum of $5,000, depending on funding for the current year.
