Grace Hardmeyer | The Clara Carter Higgins Summer Environmental Studies Scholarship   Grace Hardemeyer is a senior at Florida Gulf Coast University, getting a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies. She is studying the growth and health of restored beach dunes in Collier County, Florida. Her research examines how planting season affects the establishment and survival of native plants, with the goal of improving future dune restoration efforts. Grace’s research is supported by The Clara Carter Higgins Summer Environmental Studies Scholarship. Learn more about all 30 GCA scholarships here.
