| | Horticulture Club The Horticulture Club is a social club whose purpose is to foster a relationship between plants and people within and around the University of Maryland, through excursions, workshops, and community engagement.
Each semester we get our hands dirty in the UMD Research Greenhouses working with our plants, which you'll also have the opportunity to add to your own home collection. Additionally we go on club field trips to visit local parks, gardens and nurseries, host social events, and connect students with faculty and staff on campus. As our club continues to grow, we hope to get more involved with projects and experiences. If you're into plants, gardening, showy flowers, soil and substrate, or the color green, our club is for you!
