Professor Maile Neel is offering a 3 credit course on dyeing with natural dye materials this semester through the Honors Program (HONR218R). Non-Honors students may enroll in the course as well. It's a great course for anyone interested in a fun, hands-on course at the intersection of plant science, art and history.
The class will meet Friday afternoons from 1-4 and there will be Saturday workshops available for more extensive and intensive dyeing. One Saturday will be required.
