The New Student Scholarship Application is now up and running on Scholarship Universe! This is our FIRST application to GO LIVE in Scholarship Universe so there will inevitably be some lessons learned for everyone as this process continues.
Newly admitted undergraduate and IAA students can access the application from their Scholarship Universe account after logging in at https://umd.
**To access SU, the student will need to activate their Directory ID and set up their MFA (duo) to be able to log in. Directions on this process will be on their admitted student checklists so you can refer them there.**
Once on the platform they should be able to see from their Dashboard scholarships they are eligible to apply for, including our New Student Scholarship Application. I've attached a screenshot to show where on the dashboard the matched awards will show.

Students have until March 1 to complete their applications. When the application closes, those who assist with application review for this process will begin our review using the Scholarship Universe Platform. There will be more information on that to come as well as some training for those involved.
For now, please let any admitted freshmen or IAA students you work with know about the opportunity to apply for AGNR Scholarships. Our AGNR Fund Your Education website has been updated to include this new process.
