MD/DE Chapter of TWS Fall Meeting

Save the Date – Fall Chapter Meeting set for Oct 13th! We are excited to announce the Fall Chapter meeting has been scheduled for Oct 13th at the Robinson Nature Center in Columbia, MD. We are still finalizing the speakers/activities and hope to have the agenda available shortly. MD/DE Chapter Awards We will present our annual awards at the Fall meeting and are looking for nominations – Do you know someone that goes above and beyond for wildlife? Here is your opportunity to show your appreciation for their dedication and hard work by nominating them for a TWS Chapter Award. There is a category for everyone: · Outstanding Wildlife Professional Award · Outstanding Wildlife Conservation Award (given to a non-wildlife professional) · Outstanding Wildlife Chapter Member Award · Outstanding Wildlife Student Award The deadline for submissions is Sept 30th. Award information and nomination forms can be found here: MD/DE TWS Awards Student Travel Awards Are you a student planning to attend the TWS Annual Conference in Nov.? Want a chance to have some of your travel costs covered? If so, check out the Chapter’s Student Travel Award! The Chapter is offering two lucky students a travel award that will cover up to $500 in conference related expenses. Please see application information attached.
