Important Information About Your Accommodations Letter
ADS will ensure that the student is aware of the following information relevant to sharing the accommodations letter with course instructors.
- Accommodation letters are only valid for the semester listed at the top of the letter.
- It is the student’s responsibility to download accommodation letters to share with all course instructors. Download the Accommodation Letter Procedure (.pdf) for more information.
- Students must meet with instructors during their office hours or schedule an alternate meeting time with them to discuss their accommodations including, when necessary, with teaching assistants.
