Field Operations Consultant

Environmental Design Service LLC is seeking a full time Field Operations Consultant to join the team. The position requires office (20%) and field work (80%) to assist with soil probe consulting, percolation testing, site design layout, site stakeouts, drawing basic plot plans, and consulting with clients to determine the best design for their property.

  2. Knowledge and experience in the following areas


    Office Work (20% of weekly time):

    • Technology experience using Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Word. Adobe experience. Ability to type 40 words per minute or more.

      Field Work (80% of weekly time):

    • Strong desire to work outside regardless of weather. Don’t mind getting dirty, walking through tall grass, weeds, and brush. Ability to lift objects 50-80lbs in and out of a truck bed.

    • Formal Soils Training: ANY level of training considered, SEO, Soil Sciences, Wetlands, stormwater, survey work, etc.

      Compensation


    • 60-80k salary based on experience and knowledge
