Dear Prospective Judge:
You are invited to serve as a judge at the 2016-2017 Gaywood Elementary School Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Fair (“STEM Fair” formerly known as Science Fair). Our STEM Fair is scheduled for February 23, 2017 and judging will take place between the hours of 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
This annual event involves students from grades 3-5 for the purpose of fostering an interest and awareness, and promoting science literacy among our students. It is our goal to make this STEM Fair a positive and memorable experience for our student participants as well as our parents, teachers, judges and all attendees.
I hope you will consider being a judge this year and help us make our STEM Fair a great success. To volunteer, please fill out the Judge Information below and return it as soon as possible to this e-mail Ananda.Creager@pgcps.org.
