This is a critical position for the Gifford Pinchot to help lead the forest aquatic restoration program, coordinate with key NGO and hydropower partners, and help lead the Forest’s implementation of the watershed condition framework. The Gifford Pinchot is a hydrologically dynamic forest with watershed draining to both the Columbia River and Puget Sound, and contains unique geologic resources with Mt. St. Helens and Mt.
