Mt. Cuba Center's has 2020 internships in the following areas: Curation, Guest Experience, Natural Lands, Arboriculture, Ecological Gardening (Formal and Naturalistic Gardens) and Greenhouse. Qualified students are invited to apply for one of eight internship positions. We have openings for four summer interns and four year-long interns. Mt. Cuba Center, located in Hockessin, Delaware, is a premier botanical garden focused on native plants and their ecosystems. In addition to working side-by-side with our professional horticulturists, arborists and researchers, interns participate in educational programs including native plant identification, workshops and field trips. Summer interns maintain a field notebook and year-long interns complete a project that will be presented to the staff at the end of their internship.
