The Duval Lab group at New Mexico Tech is soliciting applications for the Biology Department's Master's program. The selected candidate(s) will begin in August 2020, but it is hoped that a motivated student will be willing to arrive in New Mexico by July to begin collecting thesis data.

Current projects include:

-invasive riparian plant effects on soil N cycling and GHG flux

-soil C dynamics in desert grasslands that are undergoing shrub (juniper and creosote) encroachment

Please send an email of interest and a brief resume/CV that includes the contact information for two references. For more information, see http://www.duvalecology.org/
