The College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences at the University of the District of Columbia is interested in contracting a GIS specialist (pending internal and USDA approval). We'd like to know 1) how much space in DC is currently devoted to green infrastructure, and 2) how much additional space could be used for green infrastructure. The work needs to be completed before the end of September 2020 because the funding will not roll over into the next fiscal year. The contractor is welcome to be the lead PI on any resulting publication(s), but is expected to work collaboratively with UDC faculty/staff as co-PIs and UDC will retain rights to the data.
