Are you interested in sustainability? Do you like to travel? If so, you should consider signing up for ENME 407: Iceland, The Land of Fire and Ice - Sustainability, Climate Change and Renewable Energy Systems.
This exciting course, housed in the department of Mechanical Engineering, offers students a once in a lifetime opportunity to travel to Iceland to explore breathtaking natural wonders and learn about a variety of sustainable technologies.
The program will run from May 21st - June 1st 2020 and can count towards your engineering degree as an upper level technical elective (see attached flyer / website for specifics) as well as toward the UMD Sustainability Minor.
