The Thorne Bay and Craig Ranger Districts of the Tongass National Forest in Southeast Alaska will be advertising and filling several temporary positions for the spring/summer 2018 field season.This is a pre-announcement outreach notice. Vacancy announcement numbers for these positions are expected to be available January 2018. At that time they may be obtained from the District office or emailed to you if you complete the attached outreach response form. They will also be posted and searchable on the USA Jobs website, www.usajobs.gov, when they open. Desired start date for all positions is in April or May 2018.
