Startup Shell is UMD’s home for creators and entrepreneurs. We are a student-run startup incubator and coworking space at UMD that provides students with the space, resources, and network to build and scale their startups. For the last 10 years, we’ve brought together the university’s most innovative students to develop ventures that are collectively valued at over $1B. Our members have been a part of YCombinator, raised multimillion-dollar seed rounds, and successfully exited their companies.
