Job Opportunity at SARE Outreach: Student Worker

Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) will help you gain valuable experience and skills working for the nation’s leading sustainable agriculture program.
SARE’s student worker duties include:
  • Maintain and add to our outreach database
  • Website work
  • Respond to requests for information
  • Clerical assistance
  • Develop resource lists for new books, bulletins and other publications
  • Assist staff with various sustainable agriculture projects
Requirements:
  • Available for UMD students only
  • Good computer skills required
  • Convenient to campus (1 block from College Park Metro)
  • Flexible hours (minimum 8-10 hours/week)
  • Available to work during the summer with possibility of continuing in the fall
  • Interest in ag issues & written communications skills a plus

This position is paid, $9.00 per hour
