AGNR has a Study Abroad Peer Mentor!
In addition to this role I am pursuing dual degrees in Operations Management with Business Analytics and Environmental Economics. I am a peer mentor for student advising within AGNR, serve on the AGNR Dean’s Board, and am the vice president of ENSPire. I also held a summer internship working in Environmental, Social and Governance, after studying abroad the summer prior. If you are interested in studying abroad, please reach out! Winter Term Study Abroad applications due Oct. 1!
AGNR students (only) who attend a study abroad course found in the UMD EA database will receive a $500 scholarship.Check with Maria Lanasa, an EA Advisor or dept Advisor on the kind of credit you will receive and how it fits with your 4 yr plan.
AGNR Faculty-led Courses
Students on the Sustainability & Environmental Studies track will focus their coursework in a range of interdisciplinary offerings at the Umbra Institute. Students will enroll in a full time courseload (up to 16 credits), taking at least one Italian language course. All other courses are taught in English.
