AGNR has a Study Abroad Peer Mentor and it's time to sign up for EA Winter courses

AGNR has a Study Abroad Peer Mentor!

Hello, my name is Maria Lanasa and I am a senior undergraduate student at the University of Maryland. I am working as the Education Abroad AGNR peer mentor this upcoming academic year. I studied abroad in Florence, Italy for ten weeks during the summer of 2022 and developed a passion for art history while enjoying the cultural experiences (and food) that Florence has to offer.

In addition to this role I am pursuing dual degrees in Operations Management with Business Analytics and Environmental Economics. I am a peer mentor for student advising within AGNR, serve on the AGNR Dean’s Board, and am the vice president of ENSPire. I also held a summer internship working in Environmental, Social and Governance, after studying abroad the summer prior. If you are interested in studying abroad, please reach out! I can discuss scheduling, academic plans, financial aspects, different programs, or any other topics related to studying abroad.

You can reach me at milanasa@umd.edu or in Symons Hall 0106,  Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.        Or here is my QR code for contact details:
