As the spring semester dawns on us, it's important that we start hunting for jobs. You may not even know what you want to do and job hunting can be a daunting process, but you're not alone if you're at UMD. You may feel anxious about resumes and cover letters, but the college of AGNR has resources to help you narrow it all down.
Schedule an appointment with AGNR's very own career counselor, Christina Farmer, at your earliest convenience in order to learn more about your job searching. Here is how you would go about doing that:
1. Go to careers.umd.edu/careers4terps
2. Click the link that says Students, located to the left of Employers and Alumni
3. Log into your account using your UID and Password
4. On the left toolbar of the page, click the second to last drop down button labeled My Calendar and then select Counseling Appointment
5. On the Counseling Appointment page, click the red button labeled Request New Appointment
6. Once there, begin to select Career Foundations: Major & Career Exploration for appointment type, then select Christina Farmer's office for the location: 0107B Symons Hall. Select Christina Farmer for the counselor, and then choose which date and time work best for you, and check the availability to book the appointment.
