Careers in the National Park Service Workshop at Wolf Trap

Interested in a career with the National Park Service? Attend this Career Panel on August 6th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Wolf Trap.

Wolf Trap would like to invite you and the students from your school to our upcoming "Careers in the National Park Service" workshop at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts on Monday, August 6.
This workshop is geared toward employees in the early stages of their careers that are looking to gain permanent positions with the National Park Service, or have recently become permanent.  However, it's open to everyone, regardless of whether they have NPS experience.  This is just a fun, informal opportunity to meet colleagues in nearby parks and hear first-hand experiences from several NPS employees representing a wide variety of career paths.
We'll start with a short overview of USAJOBS and the federal hiring process, and then have a panel discussion with a group of NPS professionals from different career fields.  There will be plenty of time for Q&A after the panel discussion, as well as time to chat with our panelists one-on-one.
The event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Musicians Lounge (under the main stage) at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, 1551 Trap Road, Vienna, VA.
Parking will be available in both Lot 1 and Lot 4 (immediately adjacent to the Filene Center).  No RSVP is required.
